Invoicing & Fees

Overview

Invoicing and fee management currently require White Tower intervention for setup and configuration. This feature group makes invoicing self-service for FTS, aligns fee structures with company divisions, and fixes UX issues in the invoice interface.

Business Value

Removing the dependency on White Tower for fee structure changes gives FTS direct control over their pricing. Aligning invoices with company divisions simplifies accounting and MYOB reconciliation. Fixing the invoice form error eliminates a daily frustration for every staff member who accesses the invoice section.

Features

Fee Proposal Self-Service

Remove the reliance on White Tower for inputting fee structures. FTS should be able to:

• Create and modify fee proposals directly
• Align fee structures with company divisions
• Create new companies with MYOB ID integration linked to the platform

Invoice UX Fix

Every time staff click "Invoice", they receive an error ("This form should not contain extra fields") and have to click again to access the invoice section. This is a daily annoyance that affects every user.

Invoice Service Line Categorisation

Implement item classes for subject-based line item filtering. This feature helps organise invoice line items by automatically filtering what is available based on the invoice subject selected.

Invoice Search Filter

The search filter in the invoicing section is not working. This needs to be fixed so staff can find invoices quickly.
