Management Targets

Implement a management targets dashboard that tracks key performance indicators for the FTS team. This gives leadership visibility into whether targets are being met and where intervention is needed.

Title Prediction - White Space Report

Build a report table that summarises title status data across the portfolio:

• Time period filter - select date ranges for analysis
• Key dates - days between Street Addressing, SOC, and Title Issuance (Registration Date)
• Geography - show LGA (Local Government Area)
• Predictions - show Title Prediction dates for both titled and untitled projects
• Organisation - show Land Estate and Customer (by Division)
• Export - make the dataset exportable

The full dataset should include all SPEAR milestones for future interrogation.

Reporting Enhancements

Enhance reporting functionality to capture all relevant order activity and checklist updates. Include the Title Forecast Report as a standard management tool.
